Go to another dealership for repairs!
Stay clear of the service department! They charged me $100 for a diagnostic test before they would tell me what they thought the noise was. I felt I had no choice, so they did the test and quoted repairs that were $100 more expensive than the other two dealerships that I took the car to. AND, the other dealerships did not charge me a $100 diagnostic fee. I felt completely taken advantage of.
