Mixed Bag
Purchased a new Genesis 02/2011. Came from Inifiniti. Previous cars were 2 Infiniti's, BMW, Volvo, Mercedes and Lexus. Car is great but the experince of dealiing with a misleading finance guy and the Huyandiia service processes are so much less than acceptable for a luxury experience. Will return to a true luxury brand at next purchase. Too bad......great car..........they have no concept of how to treat a higher end buyer/owner.
