Lydia said this business is always good to her. They even give her rides home. They follow up with her and she has a 2 year warranty, so if there is a problem, they told her to bring it right on in. They are very good people. She is satisfied.

"Great!"
Service writer was rude, unprofessional and could not explain my smog failure properly. That's why he's a writer. BAR explained the problem over the phone and it was completely different. Ended up filing a complaint with BAR.

"Excellent"
My girlfriend purchased her car from this place. I normally do all my car work myself so it was a new experience. I drove up in my girlfriends car to the service area and someone immediately came out to greet me while I was still in the car. I asked if they could do an oil change, they said sure and said it would be about 45 min. So no big deal. I waited in the lobby which had a tv and some really comfortable leather couches. I flipped my sandals off and enjoyed the wait. When they we're done they called my name and they fixed the rear turn signal bulb and didn't charge for labor. This place is great. Combine that with the courteous staff and sweet lobby, you're in for a real treat.
