Debra said she was confused after this business did the estimate when she found out they don't do the repairs, and they have another business do the repairs. Because of the above, she had to wait a week or week and a half to have the repairs done. The delay was caused by scheduling conflicts. She chose not to go into additional details. Debra suggested this business could serve her better by not keeping her vehicle in their lot for an extended period of time, and they could have served her better by immediately informing her that an outside business did all of the repairs. Debra explained while her vehicle was in their lot a hail storm hit, and her vehicle sustained hail damage. She pointed out she was so perturbed when she found out they had left her vehicle outside, she never questioned them about the hail damage. She added she thought it was funny that after she was told this business doesn't do the repairs then get hit with hail damage. Debra concluded this business should consider keeping the vehicles inside.
