Wesley said it was extremely stressful and he had to do a lot of work to stay on top of them to have the repairs done. They said the vehicle should be ready in 2 days but it was done in 5 and they didn't elaborate on what caused the delay. He said he had to call them continuously to see when his vehicle was going to be ready and so he had to extend his rental. He also said that if they were going to keep the vehicle longer they should have told him. They should have called to extend his rental for him instead of saying it wasn't their job that it was his job to do that. He mentioned that they lied to him since the first time he went to bring in his estimated paperwork, misplacing it so that he had to return with other copies. They should try being honest and if they screw up, don't lie to the customer. Also, if the customer is calling in and not sure when their vehicle is going to be ready, they should be professional about it and not tell the customer it's not their job it's the customers job to contact the rental agency and let them know that their vehicle is not going to be ready.
