Don said everything was fair, but they took too long for a very minor repair. There was an estimated time of 2 weeks, but it took a day longer. He cannot remember the reason for the delay. Ed Kuebler was very professional, nice, and great to deal with. He did not have any communication with anyone else other than with Ed.
