Joe said he had suspicions of someone using his vehicle while at the facility and talked to the manager and he told him he was going to look into it. There was an address on his GPS and he never uses it, the odometer had been restarted and there was a valet parking ticket on the dash for a place he has never visited. The repair was a week later than promised and does not know the reason for the delay.
