Jay said this business showed a lack of commitment and had poor management. The manager, Eric, didn't return his phone calls and made a lot of excuses when he did. The service person named Travis or Trevor did not call back either. They did not promise him a specific time that his vehicle would be ready. Brock was very professional courteous and easy to work with. Jay would not recommend this business due to the experience. He said this business should complete the work in a timely manner and be more efficient when promising something. He mentioned this business was trying to get the Baldage award, and they need to try harder if they want that.
