Spoke with Wendy. Her wheel well was scraped. Because it's a nice vehicle, she decided to fix it. It should have been a simple thing of 2 to 3 days. She is not completely satisfied with the overall service because repairs caused two weeks of hassle and bigger problems than the original scratch. The personnel broke the window sensor on her convertible. They wanted to install an unnecessary new bumper. The personnel clashed with her insurance company. Dealing with insurance over the bumper caused a delay of a week and a half. They did not keep her informed, so she had to keep calling. She is not satisfied with the thoroughness of the estimate because of the debate caused about the bumper. The communication was not satisfactory because the personnel tried to get Chub to pay for the window sensor. Also, the business wanted her to contact Chub, but she said she resented being put in the middle. She would not recommend them because of these problems. She can't think of anything they could do to raise the level of service, because Antoine did apologize and she stated she was appreciative of that.
