Kenneth said this business provides good quality work and his overall experience was great. His vehicle looks show room and he is exceptionally pleased with the work. His vehicle in total took nearly 30 days to complete which he felt was a pretty long time, however, he was not given a promise of time. There was really no communication involved until a couple of days prior to picking his vehicle up, then he received one or two phone calls. His insurance company dealt with the estimator at this business. He had a couple of issues with the rental vehicle he was given. He thought since the rental vehicle was a newer model that it would have automatic lights and they would turn off on their own. The battery on the rental vehicle drained a total of two times since he had it given to him and this was inconvenience because he was not used to not having automatic lights.
