Thomas said it took a very long time to fix his vehicle and he was not happy with the wait. The work took more than a week longer than promised. They had told him they wanted to take time to make the vehicle perfect. He said he is concerned about whether or not they replaced the fenders and if they got new parts or whether they only fixed the areas of concern. He said they did not call him and he had to call for updates. He said the insurance company handled the preparation of the estimate.
