Terrance said there were three issues not resolved. The screw was missing on the fog light, the ashtray cover door has a broken hinge, and the halogen bulb was out on the headlight. He already contacted this business, but he hasn't had a chance to bring his vehicle back in. He wasn't given a promised time. The updates were misleading, because they would state his vehicle was at one stage, but didn't change for three weeks. Their follow-ups and phone answering were mediocre, affecting the treatment and communication. He won't recommend this business, because he chose this business for the quality and reputation. If he had known about their quality, he would have gone to Park Place in Atlanta, which was closer.
