Wilbert said he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He would go on their website for a status report, and call this business for status reports regarding his vehicle. Wilbert estimated he made about half the calls to this business for updates, and they called him the other half of the time. He suggested this business give more frequent and detailed updates on their website. For example they should put day one, still waiting for part, day 2 part in, etc.
