Rachel said her vehicle was ready 1 and half weeks later than promised and she does not know why. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call the business 6 times to get a hold the person that prepared her estimate. She was satisfied with the way she was treated by Brandon but not with the way she was treated by the ladies at the front desk because they were rude. She was not satisfied with the business's communication and she would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
