Jermaine said he had no hassle, no run around from the business and they treated him like he was the president of the United States. The business kept in contact with him through e-mail and text messages. This was the most professional experience he has every had compared to other repair centers he has been to in the past. They took care of everything for him including dealing with the insurance.
