Spoke with Suzanne’s husband. He said he brought this vehicle in for repairs. He stated he appreciates this business's follow-up call. He didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher because of the following. Even though he got his vehicle back in the time frame it was promised, he mentioned he felt they had it for a long time. He stated the person who helped him with everything texted him on a Monday stated his vehicle was in molding, and he would get the vehicle back on Friday. He mentioned it shouldn't have taken a week to put on molding. He pointed out this business was very professional, and he couldn’t tell his vehicle was in an accident.
