Pamela said her vehicle was finished a month after her promise time and she didn't know why. She said she was called after her vehicle had been at this business for 2 weeks and told that she didn't sign the authorisation papers. So, they faxed her the papers and she signed them but her vehicle was just at this business for a fender bender but it took another month after that for them to finish. She said she was okay with the rental vehicle and because of that it didn't really bother her that her vehicle wasn't ready. She said she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they didn't update her about the status of her vehicle enough. She likes Brandon Galeski from this business when she did interact with him but the communication wasn't good as far as keeping her informed. Her vehicle was there so long that she actually had them do extra work on her vehicle that she needed done. This business could raise the level of service and enhance her vehicle ownership experience by having better communication and using the email system they have, to give feedback at least on a weekly basis to customers.
