Philip said he gives a 2 rating when it comes to his satisfaction with the overall experience because a new set of keys and lock had to be ordered. He has a Bentley. A new lock and keys came on February the 17th but he didn't get his vehicle back until last Friday. He was told some people from England sent them the wrong set. He doesn't know whose fault it is. From what he knows, it took so long to get his vehicle back and it took a total of about 10 and half weeks to have it completed. It wasn't ready when promised and the reason for the delay had to do with getting the right set of keys and lock. He's mostly satisfied with the communication but not completely satisfied because of how long it went on. He thinks he possibly called more. The reason he chose this business is because of the vehicle type he has which is a Bentley.

Unfortunately, there was a major delay from Bentley parts in England getting the correct keys and locks to us to complete the repair. We tried every avenue we could to expedite the parts.
