Spoke with Ryan. Ryan said when he arrived, they could not find his vehicle for 2 hours and no one seemed to know what was going on. He said that they should have been able to locate his vehicle. He had a 7 month old baby and 2 older girls with him so it was inconvenient. There was not much progress until a manager stepped up and things started to look up. for these reasons, he was also not satisfied with the way he was treated and the communitcation.
