Tina said when she picked up her vehicle she noticed there were scratch marks on the back under her trunk. When she got her vehicle detailed a couple days later the man showed her over spray from the paint that was on her $350 tires, as well as on the top of her vehicle on her sunroof. He also pointed out rub marks that were in the paint. When she called the business about the rub marks they told her they could buff them out for her without leaving any swirls in the paint. When she washed her vehicle after it was returned from being buffed she noticed big swirl marks in the paint and the soap is not washing off the vehicle smoothly and seemed to be sticking to the top coat. Her windshield has numerous pin head sized chips in it that were not there before she brought her vehicle in for service. For this reason she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair. Her vehicle was a week later than promised due to a delay with receiving an antenna. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she received text messages telling her updates about her vehicle that were not accurate. She was not satisfied with the business's communication because they were very hard to get a hold of. She had to call them several times and leave numerous messages before receiving calls back. Based on this experience she would not recommend this business for service.
