Spoke with Tim. He was unsure whether his vehicle was ready on time because he was given several different promise times. They took a week longer than he would have liked. This was due to a parts delay. There were no email updates as usual with repair facilities. They did give him telephone calls but they could improve their communication. He should have received email alerts on what was happening and when parts were ordered. His wife had to telephone them several times but the fact that she had to telephone instead of knowing what was happening was not good. One example of bad communication was he received a text yesterday or the day before informing him that his vehicle was ready to be picked up. He had already picked up his vehicle 4 days earlier so they were a little late.
