Dinia said that she can not remember if she was given a delivery date but felt the repairs took too long. The business received damaged parts twice and had to get permission from the insurance comp[any to use OEM parts, so the repairs were delayed. She asked that the vehicle be buffed but the business told her they could not accommodate her. Her insurance company would only pay for a rental vehicle for 30 days. She had to call the business a couple of times to keep them aware that she would need her vehicle back before she no longer had use of the rental. She also found a small scratch that was overlooked during the repairs. Due to this experience, she will not recommend the business.
