this was my first time in pat's. i was a bit nervous, as i have had bad experience with dishonest mechanics in the past, but i immediately felt at ease with pat's staff. they were so friendly, especially scott. he showed me exactly what was wrong with the car, and encouraged me to come by to check out the work he was doing, something no other mechanic has ever done. he worked hard to finish my car quickly. i will be using pat's for all of my future car work, and recommending them to everyone!
