service
there was some confusion by the one counter help. my truck was ready for near 10 mins but priorities to my recall were the phone an not gettin the customer out the door when the keys were on the counter in the envelope. once asked who may i help an i was standing there a good 5 mins by then , an new customer came in the door, i was like, who? then the helper started to bill me then in the midst took an other call, then some one else continued.
i m not mad at your 'before' well run machine. it happens. the service from the garage area was done well.

We were 3 employees down on this day and shaun had several things going on at this time,we are not perfect and would never act like we are,if john would have called me I would have made it right,,,,confused about this.
