My last visit started off rocky as I was trying to tell the employee behind the counter what my car was doing and he totally ignored me while joking around with other employees. After my car was serviced they pulled me aside and apologized. They gave me an estimate on a tune up quoting me a total of almost $600, with one of the parts (ignition coil) being $243. I thought that was pretty high so I called around and found one for $78.99!!! To make a long story short, I bought the parts myself and had a mechanic friend do the work for me for $200!!! (that was parts and labor) I know you are in business to make money, but didn't know parts were being marked up so high (almost 20%). I do want to thank the mechanic who worked on my car for the outstanding service he provided me. (forgot his name) He was very very honest and helpful. As well as Scott. (I think that was his name...who pulled me aside to go over everything in detail) Thank you Perry Automotive!!
