What struck me most was how Amy called to let know of the status of the repair to my Toyota Rav4. Amy was very detailed in her explanations as to what the mechanical issues were, and used words that anyone can understand. I really appreciated her communications. Rob was another great representative of this establishment. Rob showed us the extent of damage, and the old part, that occurred to my vehicle.
I have been to a number of auto repair facilities, but this is the first one that communicated with me to this extent. My description of this service is not doing justice to my experience. You have to do business with Brooks Automotive to see for yourself!
