"Oil Change"
Is the $15 dollar charge for tire rotate, I don't remember paying that in the past. I haven't need a oil change since the late part of last year. Maybe I paid it B4 and didn't realize it,but it was a shocker. If price changes is what it take to continue to get great service I understand. Oh the $5 charge to top off fluid, that I do not agree with. I paid the $5 and don't know if anything was top off or not. My next visit I will not agree to that until they tell me what needs top off and what don't. I might have paid just to have 2or3 oz of window washer fluid.By the way I was ask to pay the $5 before the hood was raised.

Yes we do charge $15 for a tire rotation unless you bought the tires from us then it is free. I believe the $5 charge you are referring to is the difference between the economy and full service oil change. The economy oil change is for the do it yourselfer and does not  include looking the car over. The full service oil change checks and tops all fluids, checks and adjusts tire pressure, checks battery, belts and hoses, and gives your car a general look over which I feel is an excellent value at only $5 price difference. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
