Yes we do charge $15 for a tire rotation unless you bought the tires from us then it is free. I believe the $5 charge you are referring to is the difference between the economy and full service oil change. The economy oil change is for the do it yourselfer and does not include looking the car over. The full service oil change checks and tops all fluids, checks and adjusts tire pressure, checks battery, belts and hoses, and gives your car a general look over which I feel is an excellent value at only $5 price difference.
