Left with brake problem
I arrived to get my oil changed with no problems with my brakes whatsoever. Left there and not even pulled out of driveway when my brakes went all the way to the floor. I had it looked at elsewhere and was told air in line most likely from cap being removed and brake fluid checked. I called them back and discussed the problem and was told that they didn't do anything at all with brake fluid - but yet I paid for all fluids to be topped off - that it was just a coincidence. Other people that I know have also had problems - including oil completley being forgotten to be put back in which blew their engine - but yet I figured that was a fluke and nothing bad would happen to me. Boy was I wrong. Will probably not return again.

Hi Charlotte, I talked to you on the phone and you brought your car in to let us look at it. I found that one of your front brake calipers was stuck on causing your brake fluid to boil and not allowing your car to brake properly. It is unrelated to the oil change we did on your car. Were you happy with our response to your original issue with us?
