BMW 335I... Quick fix needed for out of town trip
We brought out car in on Monday for an oil leak and needed quick-turnaround service for a planned trip out of town on Thursday. We primarily dealt with Mark, who was personable and did his best to quickly repair our vehicle at the lowest price possible. He gave two assessments of the problems.... the most expensive repairs would have been $500 more. It would take a day to get the needed parts and a second day to repair the vehicle... this would cause us to have to find an alternate form of transportation for our trip.... but it was nothing more the center could do, so we accepted this. Surprisingly, Mark called us back and determined if we waited on the non-urgent repair (a seat belt fix), he would be able to repair the vehicle in time for our trip and could perform the least-costly repair (saving us $300!!!) We picked up our car at 6:15pm on Wednesday (also, the shop stayed open late to accommodate our pick up time) and we were able to depart at 5:00am the next day for our trip. BTW... the car ran amazingly well! Thank you PHILMARK... we will be back!
