They always have multiple suggestions, including "by the book" and quick/temporary fixes. They always ask if I'm sure I'd like to proceed. They offer easy-to-use, high acceptance, instant response credit lines. They have great relationships with vendors around the area to get parts quick. They are always available AT least until their advertised closing time. My first time there, George himself took a ride with me to hear first-hand the concerning noises in my suspension, and confirmed his hypothesis quickly once we returned to the shop. Besides oil changes, any time I've gone to Pleasant Care Care I've arrived angry due to obviously having a vehicle issue. But, I ALWAYS leave UNDOUBTEDLY happy. Prices are better than fair and probably lean towards the average, but I can't speak to the service enough. They've seen 3 of my vehicles and each has sounded, driven, and rode better after they've gotten their hands on them. I dread the day I move too far to use them, and I have no plans to switch shops in the near future.
