Robert said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his vehicle because it cost more than they told him. He had to pay over a hundred dollars more than they original price because he was getting the RV winterized and they said it had to be flushed twice.

Laurette said that she was not satisfied with her overall purchase experience because she was not satisfied with the service visit she experienced. There were many things wrong with her RV, the curtain box in the bedroom had fallen off, the shower door was broken and before she took it home an unknown alarm went off. Everything did get corrected. After getting the vehicle home they noticed the light underneath the steps was out. She did not want to change any of her ratings.

Craig said that he was a little disappointed that he wasn't provided with an owners manual and information packets. He would have loved to go straight home and start going through the features and other information. He is a slow learner and he has already forgotten some of the things his sales person pointed out to him. He is also still waiting on the remotes. It’s been about three days and his sales person Dave hasn't contacted him yet about these things. He is in sales and when there are still things needing to be worked out with a customer the follow up on those things is very important. A customer shouldn't have to call and find out. Other than that, everything was good. He was very pleased with the people he dealt with and the product he received. Note customer did say yes to completely satisfied.

Lee said that he brought the vehicle in to have something redone but because it had been after 90 days they would not cover it. He was not happy with his experience for the same reasons. He had to call 3 days in to find out the status of the vehicle. He stated that they asked him if he would give them permission to order the part needed and he told that it was why he brought the vehicle in. He said they could serve him better by not charging him for the part that needed to be replaced so quickly. Due this visit he would not recommend this business to others.
