Sales guy was great, finance guy not so much
David Smith, my salesman was in constant contact with me for the past few months. Very responsive and understanding of what I wanted and needed. The transaction part was nearly painless. Finance guy told me a bunch of lies and withheld information from me, coercing me into a maintenance package that was totally unnecessary. To their credit, without admitting guilt, the dealership voided the maintenance package when I told them how I was deeived
