Unprofessional and 2nd Rate
This is the most low rate and unprofessional dealership I’ve ever dealt with. From the technician to the service manager - shouldn’t hold the jobs they have.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our review. I know we have already spoken to each other and made a plan to move forward.  As your vehicle came in with a malfunctioning sunroof and we diagnosed the issue per your request, we loosened those broken parts that you need even more than they were. The technician tried his best to get it closed as much as he could. I look forward to seeing you this week to take care of this for you and get that sunroof working good again. We can also make a game plan on prioritizing the list of work you need to that way it is easier for you to complete. Letting cars sit for long periods of time causes lots of issues but we will be here to help you get it running great again.
