John said this business knew that his vehicle had a fuel leak. He was not given a promise of time. It took over an hour to get to the scene. While he was speaking on the phone, they were messing around trying to get a hold of his company to see if they had someone on scene dealing with the fuel leak. When they arrived on the scene they knew there was a fuel leak but they did not immediately solve the issue. Other than this, everything else was nice. They got the vehicle to where it needed to be. They could have served him better by getting to the scene quicker and by addressing the fuel leak sooner.

Luis said a staff member at this business quoted him a price and when the driver came and hooked up his vehicle, they gave him a higher price. He would not recommend this business to family because of the reason previously stated.

John said the driver came with faulty equipment and only a manual pump. The service cost significantly more because the driver didn't have the proper equipment. Also, the service took longer. In the future, they should make sure the drivers have better equipment.

Spoke with Jesse's father. He said he was not very happy with this business because they would not accept his card over the phone. His son was the person in the accident. He was told this business could tow the vehicle to the tire shop then was told they did not have time and the driver would have to go to the tow yard first. Then they were able to go to the tire business. He had to wait at the tow yard for them for two hours, had to leave work 4 hours early, but he was not promised a certain time they would be there. He was charged for two tow's and also for the time. One bill was $666 and the other was $147. He would like to see this business be able to accept cards over the phone so he would have not had to leave work and to meet them to pay for the tow.

Deonte said the lady dispatcher at this business quoted him a price of $226 and it would go up every 15 to 20 minutes by $30.00. He said he felt his dispatcher, Derrick, scammed him out of $500. When the driver arrived, he told him he was paying cash and all of a sudden the driver got so excited and changed the price to $250 then it went to $256.00 then when he got done, he was taking his sweet time, then he changed the price to $462 he was wondering why he was going up so high on the price and he did not have enough money. The driver called the police and the police came. The police did not get his side of the story he only spoke to the driver. The driver came up to him and the cop was standing behind him and he said he will not pay for it and he was told if he did not pay for it he will tow his vehicle. Derrick said he owes him another $100 for wasting his time. He did not think that was the right price they were not there very long, they were there for only about 30 minutes and Derrick said he charged him for an hour and a quarter time. The driver even came late, but he was okay with that. This business could serve him better by giving him his $500 back.

Terry said Anthony was awesome. The tow was a bit late due to icy roads. The dispatcher however seemed a bit rude and wasn't very courteous.

Angel said he waited for 30-45 minutes and had to pay $600 for the service. When he asked the reason for the high price, they told him it was because it was three hours and it was 20 miles plus 20 which added up. He said they were not up front about the cost and was not happy with it. Also as a result of his experience would not recommend the facility to others.

Daniel said the rate from this business was too expensive and they are far away from where he lives. It should of only took them 3 in a half hours to do the towing and they charged him for 7 plus hours. They also made him wait to pay for his services which he believes is not a good factor in the industry. He was waiting for the driver and he was taking forever so he went back to his vehicle and the driver was still there hooking everything up. He asked the driver if he can pay now so he wouldn't have to wait a long time. The driver told him that he could not accept his payment at the moment and that he could leave his card with him or he could go back to the yard and wait for him so he can make his payment. He felt like it was very lousy and he will not use them again. He said they should change the way they do business and they should also give the option to make a payment by phone. He will not recommend this business for service for reasons already stated.

Nick said this business took 4 to 5 hours before they were able to circle around and get his vehicle, after the guy on scene told him he was good to go. The expense was $200 for 5 miles. He said he felt that was ridiculous. Someone was there within the hour even though he was right next to this business's office. His dispatcher missed promised what they said they would do.

Leeann said the driver was very nice and very helpful. She said she felt bad for having him out in bad weather on a Saturday. He told her if it was not her it would be someone else. He was so good he made sure everything was done right and took her vehicle to Les Schwab. She had a good experience considering she was getting a tow. He showed up and took care of everything and was very polite. He is a very good employee. This was her first tow experience and it was absolutely wonderful.

Scott said he had two dispatchers show up because one had to help the other due to not lifting up an axle. His vehicle broke down right on the side of Highway 18, very near to traffic and he would be terrified to have this job. The dispatcher handled everything very nicely and did a great job.
