Jeremy said he wasn't completely satisfied because it took almost two hours for the driver to hook his vehicle up to his tow-truck after he arrived and he was talking on his cell phone the whole time. He said the driver showed up quickly, but then it took forever and the driver seemed like he had some business he needed to take care of. He chose not to evaluate the courtesy of the driver, the driver was polite, but he was not fast or professional. He said he almost had to stay late, but he chose not to elaborate. Everything else was great.

Spoke with Terry. He said a special type of tow-truck was required because of the type of vehicle he drives. When the driver arrived he was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He said the business did everything they were able to do to get him back on the road the same day.
