takes too long, 3days. Suppose call me, did not call. Since pick it up last Wednesday evening, still? leaking same spot. I will call you Monday.

Hi Young,
We agree with you and wish we could have gotten your car done quicker, but unfortunately the repair time was due to the parts being obsolete and no longer in production. It took us a while to track down a place in the secondary market that had the necessary parts and could ship them to us but we can appreciate your desire to get your vehicle back quickly. My understanding is that Jim let you know about the residual oil and explained that there is no existing leak. Thanks for letting us know about your experience and please call or email us if there is anything else we can do.
