It depends on who you talk to. I first called to find out details and pricing for service and was greatful for the info and felt secure in bringing in my car. However when I did bring the car in I was told by someone else that I should do another type of service which was more than double the price. I chose to do the first and lesser price service after I saw what they were going to charge me. Then when I picked up the car I spoke to the first gentleman who gave me the original quote and he reassured me that the service I chose was still the best. They finished the service on time and were friendly. However I would like consistency in service analysis and not being up sold. I like how close they were but would only recommend them if you do your homework and know what to expect.
