Devin said his overall with the business was professional and great. However, the work was not completely done. He said the covers on the spark plugs were disconnected and his vehicle was lurching back and forth because the business did not replace the seals. Also, there was blue smoke. He called for a tow but the business was closed. He said the business called and checked on him after everything was done.

Houston said the staff were very friendly. However, it took them over a week to perform a repair that only should have taken 20 minutes.
