Boy you know how to hurt a guy. I am working on that callback part of my job and now have Tina to help on the communication end of things. The less counter responsibilities I have the better. I did however feel the need to have direct contact with the repair of your Audi. Andy and I hope you are more than satisfied with the repairs. You know my number if you need me. Tom
