Unprofessional and unreliable - Please find any other dealership
Have been in 3 times now and while each experience got better it's still chaos over there. #1) They used the WRONG oil for my oil change. After hearing about this being a common issue for their limited N model cars I made sure to ask my advisor BEFORE service which oil they used to which he assured me they use whatever was on the cap. Got my paperwork back and the oil did not match the cap nor my owners manual. Advisor told me the oil they used was better for my engine in the long run - I asked to put that in writing and he was very hesitent and refused to do so. Opened a case with Hyundai and their response was go back to the dealer and get it in writing. #2) came in for multiple issued which were supposed to be covered by warrnty and they told me they had to order parts and would call me within a week once they arrived. I called after a month went by and the parts guy (only one that seems to care) told me they had the part for weeks and not sure why I wasnt contacted. After calling 20x and submitting >10 contact us forms no one picked up and had to schedule a service through their website (ofcourse first available was several weeks out). In it I specifically wrote that I wanted to be contacted and this was related to warrnty work. No one reached out and I showed up for my appt and was asked to come back becuase I scheduled for the service department and not body shop. #3) Their entire service department is a construction zone and for some reason there is not any signage which could direct customers. I sat inside my car for 5 minutes and no one came out and I finally went inside their portable building. Seriously regretting my Hyundai purhcase at the moment.
