I'm not sure why Frank gave us a low score.If he wasn't happy I'm sure his comment would reflex that. But clearly by his comment " we did an excellent job, and he was satisfied with our work" , shows his satisfaction. Also by conveying that he would recommend us tells me we did a good job.
