Attentive service by business owner
There's a refreshing absence of corporate politics, pressure and posturing ... Kinda nice. Time and energy appear to go to people, and getting them the information and service they need -- not selling what they don't. Quick turn around on vehicle repairs and responsive all around. Expect my recent repair was done well (which more driving will inevitably show)-- and the adequate warranty on work done ensures limited worry.
