A Really Different (good) Dealer!
From the time we walked into Rick Case, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Our salesperson, Chris Mendez, the sales manager and finance manager all took the time to really listen to what we wanted and actually were able to deliver that. There was no pressure at all, they gave us information and then they LISTENED. We actually received a better auto, at a lower price and with better financing, than we had expected before entering the dealer! The place is super clean, they have a real coffee shop with all kinds of goodies, and you can feel at home while you look at cars. This is the best new car shopping experience I've ever had!
