We value you as a customer and appreciate your feedback. I was definitely not happy when I found out about the miscommunication on your ticket, and measures have been taken to ensure that something like this doesn't happen in the future. I sincerely apologize for this mishap, you have been a customer of ours for many years and that means a lot to Rick and I. Please let me know what we can do to fix the mistake that was made. We care more about our customers then we do about the dollars we make. Customer satisfaction, safety and honesty are our utmost priorities.
