Nancy,
We are very sorry about the unsatisfactory visit you had with us at Rick's Service Center. Please know that the miscommunication that you went through is not our normal, and we have taken measures to ensure that something like this does not happen again. I believe a breakdown in communication must have occurred and you were never informed that your vehicle would not start due to it being hyrdolocked. Our technician drained nearly a gallon of antifreeze from the crankcase, which is only supposed to contain oil. It simply would not be feasible nor possible to correct a starting problem when the underlying issue with the vehicle is the engine itself. We are not trying to take advantage of anyone nor were you charged anything for diagnostics. We believe in fixing things the correct way to keep our customers safe and on the road, and repeat business is what has kept us going for over 20 years. Honesty and customer satisfaction are our top priorities and we stand by all of our repairs. As for the length of time your vehicle was here, we were initially told there was no hurry. Again we are very sorry about your unsatisfactory visit, and the breakdown of communication and low efficiency on our behalf.
