Honest, fast
My extended family has used Robbys for close to 20 years now because they're always honest. This time I asked them to replace the spark plugs. Steve suggested that he would check them first. He did and said they were fine.It would have been an easy $100 for them but they were honest. Hard to find that with any business these days, let alone in the auto business.
This isn't the first time either - the have done the same thing with brakes several times.

got my oil changed, and they checked on some work.
the folks here do a great, professional job at a resonable price. i never feel ripped off at Robby's. You can talk to, and get answers from the mechanics.

Honest service
We weren't sure what we were facing when we brought our old car in. After looking it over we were told that it was going to need a lot of work and that we may wish to reconsider. It was refreshing to get such honest service.
