Doing It Right...Customer Service Topnotch!
I took my Santa Fe in for service. The service team discovered my car was unsafe to drive and would need to order parts. They offered for me to drive another car. They parts came the next day, but they weren't completely satisfied themselves with the work. I received a call and asked if I would be ok keeping the loaner one more night. These folks were determined to fix my car! Not only was it fixed, but they took extra time to make sure everything was as they said it would be. This service dept can give lessons on customer service and how do it right the first time! Thank you, Ross & Amber. You are the only reason I've kept my Hyundai!
