Cannot believe the service provided
I simply can't believe the level of service you provided. I didn't expect to be "comped" a front differential parts/labor because you failed to trouble shoot the problem with my truck. You said you were going to fix the problem, and you did by replacing the transfer case as well. I've never recieved such service at an auto repair shop, and frankly have never heard of this being done. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for service from here on out.
