There, In, Out, and Happy
Had a problem the morning of a driving vacation. Took the car in at 8:30 am, talked to Gina, problem solved. She did her magic and I was on my way by 9:45 am. Fast. and courteous. Other occasions Bob has helped me solved a must-have transportation problem when car was in for a major repair.
