John said it took two weeks for them to repair his vehicle. They forgot to put his gaskets back in after the oil change and they also left parts in his car. The mechanic was very sour and arrogant. He has a bad personality. They should treat older vehicles with respect. He paid a lot and he was not notified of how long the repairs would take.

Stafford said he has been going to this business since it was on McKinley. He stated they service 3 of his vehicles and they do a good job. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive. He said he thinks they are honest. He mentioned they make mistakes or if they do not do things the right way, they stand behind their work and go fix the problem. He added he has children that also go to this business.

"Car ran better "
Service man could use more people skills I needed drop-off and pick up-which is great that they offer that because it saved me a car rental-but when I arrived I was told to wait in the waiting room I told the manager and he assured me I would get dropped off and I did make it on time to work. However, when in told the service man that I needed to be picked up at a certain time he made me feel as if he would get around to it if he had time thus making me think I was going to be waiting for hours. Yet, to my relief, i was picked during the time interval I requested.
